At Leone, each piece is handcrafted using high-quality materials. We accept returns only for manufacturing defects.

Conditions
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We only accept returns for verifiable manufacturing defects.

Process
Contact us through leone.com.mx, describing the defect and attaching photographs.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we have received and inspected the piece, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or improper use of the product.
